Mahabharat Trail
The Mahabharat Rhododendron Trail Trekking is also among the brand new trekking route explored by a team member of Trekking Agent Association Nepal (TAAN) in Kavrepalanchowk district. The Mahabharat region is located in the East of Kathmandu. The Mahabharat trek is a short and easy trek through an unfrequented trekking route along the Mahabharat Himalayan range. The exploration for Mahabharat Rhododendron Trail Trekking, located near Kathmandu Valley begins from Sindhuligadhi and passes through different sections of the Mahabharat Range before concluded at Khopasi. This trek takes you through virgin forests of rhododendron across a scenic landscape. The trial with magnificent Mountain on the backdrop with the greenery peaceful weather, typical Nepalese culture, the several colors Rhododendron forest will take you to world of fantasy. Mahabharat Rhododendron trail trek also passes through ancient settlements, allowing you to get an insight into the culture of the local villages.
Chhinnamasta Bhagwati
Chhinnamasta Bhagwati falls in Sakhada village of Chhinnamasta in the southern border area from Rajbiraj of Saptari district. As ChhinnamastaBhagwati is considered to be one of the Shakti Peeths fulfilling their desires, the common people of Nepal and India have great faith. This temple is located at a distance of 10 km from Saptari headquarters Rajbiraj. This temple is near the Indian border. In this temple, the great festival of Hindus, Dashain, is celebrated with great fervor and goats are sacrificed here. Most of the Hindus have come here to buy small and big vehicles to purify themselves. In 1328, GayasuddinTughlaq attacked Tirhut. As a result, Simrongarhwas destroyed. Even the idols of Simraugadh are still in a state of disrepair. Historian Harikant Lal Das estimates that the idol of SakhadaBhagwati also exploded in the same attack.
Tsum valley
Mountain ranges, ancient monasteries, chaityas and bhote culture are the attractions here. Not only that, it is also the holy land where Tantric guru Padmasambhava, who spread Buddhism in the Himalayas, practiced meditation, yoga and sadhana. In fact, Chum Valley is a beautiful gift for the world. The Buddhist philosophy, nature, culture and biodiversity of the place make it rich. Not only for foreigners, but also for us Nepalis, the festival is a good opportunity to kiss. No animals or birds are allowed to roam in the Chum Valley for meat consumption. As the locals have not done such work, this facility has not been provided to the tourists visiting the area from outside and to the general public.
Kolti- Budinanda-Badimalika Trail
Budhinanda municipality has an area of 232.48 square kilometres (89.76 sq mi) and the population of this municipality is 18,363. It is the second biggest municipality in terms of population and area of Bajura District. It is divided into 10 wards and the headquarter of this newly formed municipality is situated at Kolti. It is only municipality in Bajura which has an airport. Recently, Khashing Rai and Shishir Raj Joshi, an adventurous duo, did an off-the-beaten-track destination in West Nepal, which dared to redefine the concept of conventional trekking. Their 13-day trek to the Budhinandha Tal (lake), a pilgrimage site in one of the remotest part of West Nepal, Bajura, included almost 4 days of barefoot walking braving an elevation of 4,600 meters. Patek Danda
PatekDanda, which is being developed as one of the best tourist destinations in the province, is the highest point of Dhankuta. The height of Patek hill is about 2650 meters above sea level. According to the locals, this hill can be seen from the Vahramas Makalu mountain range, Kumbhakarna mountain range and most of the districts of the No. 1 state and can be developed as a suitable route for trekking. After being listed in the government's destination list, the place has been bustling with domestic and foreign tourists.
Fikkal-Kanyam-Sri Antu Circuit
Fikal Bazaar is a trading center located in the eastern part of Ilam district. It belongs to Suryodaya municipality. The eastern business center of Ilam is an important place in Fikal district. The market, which sells cardamom, ginger, kucho, milk, peas, vegetables and other cash crops produced by farmers from about two dozen villages in the eastern part of the district, is equally important for tourism. Fikal Bazaar is located at a distance of 11 km from Pashupatinagar on the Indian border. It is about 43 km away from the district headquarters There are also accommodation and tourist spots for tourists in the market. Fikal is a destination for Indian and third country tourists coming to Nepal through Dajiling. Tourists from Nepal's western districts who go to Darjeeling in India from Nepal have also been flocking. Fikal is also the abode of tourists visiting Kanyam.
Tyamke Danda
Located at the confluence of Bhojpur and Khotang, this land is unique in terms of nature, geography, religion and culture. Located at an altitude of three thousand ten meters above sea level, this land is beautiful and peaceful. High mountains, cold weather, and breathtaking views from afar make anyone's heart rejoice. Naturally and geographically important, this place has even more religious significance. There are temples of Siddhevshra Mahadev and Mahakali Devi and it is also the center of faith of Hindus, Kirants and Buddhists. This place is also visited by internal and external tourists. Special fairs are held at this place on Bala Chaturdashi and Shivaratri. Devotees from Dharan, Itahari, Kathmandu and even from outside the country come to attend the fair
Siddha Gufa
The Siddha Cave in Bhimad Municipality, which is full of natural beauty, has been overshadowed due to lack of publicity. As it is a perfect cave, the government has declared it as a tourist destination. About 300 people can stay inside the cave. There are figures of gods made of limestone. You can walk up to three floors with fun. There is also Chamero Cave near the cave. Chamero Cave is 3 kilometers long. There is Patal Ganga inside Chamero cave. When you reach the entrance of the cave, you can hear the sound of water falling, but when you go inside, you do not hear the sound of water falling. When you reach 100 meters, you can hear the river roaring on the right side. After reaching 100 meters, the sound of the river is heard on the left side. But, the river is not visible.
Limi valley
Limi is a valley in Humla District in the Karnali Zone of north-western Nepal. The whole valley comprises the Ward no.6 of Namkha Rural Municipality in the present federal set up of Nepal. he people of this region practice old traditions and lifestyle very much influenced by Buddhism. Agriculture & animal husbandary is the primary occupation of the people and the valley also has some trade route to Tibet. Our trekking trails pass through lush vegetations of natural herbs, yak pastures and cultivated land crossing through many ethnic villages. Mountain views of Saipal, Byas, Rishi, Api, Kanjirowa, Kanti in Nepal and some views of Mount Kailash across the border in Tibet can be seen in this trek. Some of the rare wildlife like snow leopards and blue sheep are known to be found in the area. Other wildlife like wolves, wild yaks, and Himalayan black bears could be been here and there.
Arjundhara Tourism Area
Arjundhara is a Hindu pilgrimage site in Jhapa district. It is located in Shani-Arjun municipality of Jhapa district in Mechi zone of Nepal. Especially Mahashivaratri, Balachaturdashi, Krishna Janmashtami, Maghe Sankranti etc. are very crowded in many festivals. On the south side of the seven-cornered pond, there are five streams made of five metals from which cold water flows continuously and different species of colorful fishes are found inside the pond. In addition to the idols of gods and goddesses like Shiva, Ganesh, Nag, Hanuman and Saraswati, marriages, rituals, sacrificial chambers, Kriyaputri chambers, religious programs and listeners' chambers have been established here. This shrine is based on Eastern philosophy and is influenced by Sanskrit education.
